The Artizans hit the trail to lovely Ayrshire to the small town of New Cumnock. Despite the weather the townfolk showed up in their hundreds to play their part in the annual gala day. Six of our foot soldiers managed the journey, manning the fort with professionalism and expertise as always. The locals were pleased to see us, spending time at the tent chatting away about local history regarding both Bruce and Wallace. During our visit we made a few interesting contacts to keep us busy in the future and will no doubt take them up on their invitations.

Well done gals and guys for making the effort far from home. An extra shout goes out to our Artizan buddy wee Jim who's in his sick bed. Get well soon J.T.
